Snack 2017 – the congress for the decision makers in the business of bakeries, butcher shops, Foodservice & LEH.
This year´s Snack Congress took place on the 5th and 6th of September 2017. Important decision makers of bakeries, butcher shops, foodservice and LEH met; for them the congress represents more an appointment of obligation than a one-time-visit event. The topic of this year´s event was “Food on the move: profit, trends & driver”. The congress was hosted by the dfv Conference Group.
Our Carl Group Team was on the ground of the conference 2017 as the interaction partner and made the Snack congress to an interactive highlight for all the participants and sponsors.
For this purpose our sendONSCREEN product was inserted as an interactive Q&A session.
The audience was able to vote and to ask questions to the referents, which were put directly on the screen. Survey results were also constituted on the screen in real-time. By reason of active participation, the most important questions, also pictures were shown on six digital walls in the exhibition area and the lobby. Just like that the participants of the congress were confronted again in the addition with the most important things. The most beautiful pictures and emotions were visible.
Moreover we used our Ventuz based digital event navigation.
To always know, which presentation takes place when and where, we assembled eight digital program monitors. There the actual program ran through and the organizers were always able to react to short-term changes. Next to the program, the best social media posts of the event were publicized interactively. This was a real eye-catcher, also used as a branding area for the partners or sponsors of the event.
In addition to that, our Traxas System caused a higher attention.
The Traxas System led to a digital application of the exhibitor on the ground. The exhibitor got the chance to present their products digitally.
We are looking forward to more, future collaboration with the dfv conference group and are looking back to a successful, culinary event.
